8、Satisfaction and likeness of my bobblehead problems.
This is not a 100% satisfaction guarantee type of offer.  Our artists are excellent at what they do.  However, creating the human face is a very subject process.  While most of our past customers are thrilled with their finished custom boblehead, honestly speaking, some are not.   Please keep in mind though, that these are artistic, custom made bobbleheads, not meant to be exact replicas of your faces. 
We can create the likeness to your satisfaction if you can provide your opinion when reviewing the proofs.  It is a very important step to make it look as close as possible.  Our sculptors will take your comment seriously and make the amendment the way you asked.  By doing this, you can ensure the likeness of the bobblehead that you are receiving.

9、What is your return policy?
It requires a lot of effort and dedication to manufacture custom bobbleheads. It is our endeavor to make sure that the final output is strictly according to the customer’s instructions. Right till the shipment, we try our best to deliver a top quality customized product to our customers. Though we do not guarantee 100% similarity, but a minimum 70% similarity is assured between the photo and the bobblehead. Therefore, all our sales are final. We entertain no refund requests or cancellation orders or exchange requests.
If the bobblehead doll is received broken or chipped, you must report to us at service@Bobbleheadsmake.com within 3 days of receiving your shipment.  We will not be liable for any damages which have not been reported in a timely manner.
